Information Security Consultant

The Information Security Consultant implements and supports information security initiatives for Modern Compliance Solutions’ and our clients. His/her goals and responsibilities include:

  • Acts as a focus & resource for the organization’s privacy matters
  • Conducts HIPAA Privacy, Security Risk and Breach Notification Analysis using our trademarked HIPAA One® workflow solution
  • Works with all levels of group practices, Hospitals, Covered Entities & Business Associates
  • Takes direction from the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and works closely with our clients’ to educate, evaluate, assess, remediate the HIPAA/HITECH security, privacy & breach notification requirements
  • Investigates & recommends secure solutions that implement information security policy and standards
  • Effectively communicates & coordinates onsite/remote client activities. Will be required to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Will be required to maintain a relevant security certification e.g. CISA, RHIT, CHPS, CISSP, or CHC
  • Oversees, implements & monitors the security requirements levied by Federal and State Rules and Regulations
  • Designs, conceptualizes, plans & deploys hands-on technical deployments of security-related Health IT configurations

Account Executive, Sales

Responsible for selling HIPAA Compliance software and related professional services to hospitals, clinics, doctors’ offices, healthcare professionals and business associates (e.g. vendors who service the healthcare industry and exchange electronic Protected Health Information).


Some responsibilities:

  • B2B Sales/Networking Partnership management
  • Base salary plus commission & benefits package
  • Maintaining contact with clients
  • Conducts web-conference meetings for existing and prospective customers, includes cold-calling and following up on leads
  • Assist in marketing projects as needed
  • Coordinate all issues with key clients between sales, service, support, customer services, marketing, and finance
  • Provide clients with a timeline for service delivery
  • Stay abreast of current happenings in the healthcare compliance and IT community
