POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Administrative Account Manager serves as a resource between the Sales and Operations to help inbound client requests for services, identify gaps in service then have the ability to plug-in services the client is asking for.  In addition, work with the President of HIPAA One to take over several Administrative functions.  This will free-up core-resources of the company to be allocated in growth while we constantly improve client service.

Administrative Account Manager Job Duties:

  • Identifies development potential in existing accounts by studying current business; interviewing key client and company personnel; identifying and evaluating additional needs; analyzing opportunities then plugging in the needed service or product to exceed client expectations and improve customer service.
  • Develops sales by providing solutions for existing-clients through interviews and providing the necessary product, service or renewal options to fit the need; drafts quotes and proposals to sign orders.
  • Takes ownership of such tasks as scheduling meetings, managing QuickBooks, some Human Resources tasks and handling various administrative tasks as relevant to aid the growth of our company under the direction of the President.
  • Creates and revises processes and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
  • Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
  • Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
  • Tests new Business Process Automation (BPA) projects and drafting how-to’s manuals; conferring with product engineering.
  • Closes sales by overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
  • Contributes information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying customer reactions.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Improved appearance

Administrative Account Manager Skills and Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred.  Common sense is necessary.
